Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Managing smooth running of the manufacturing processes and procedures
• Ensuring fulfillment of the production plan and maintaining optimum efficiency
• Observing quality and accuracy of products prior to shipping
• Managing the resources flow and their efficient use within the production
• Being responsible for assigned processes and KPIs, their development and optimization
• Leading and developing the team; ensuring employee training in terms of productivity, profitability and safety
• Working in compliance with Health and Safety, ESD, Lean standards: 5S, Kanban, TPM, etc.
• Reporting to the Production Manager

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• University education with technical specialization (Optics, Physics, Electrical or Software Engineering)
• Minimum 3-4 years´ experience in the production supervisory role or as a Production Assistant, leadership experience is requested
• Knowledge of FMEA and ISO9001 would be an advantage
• Experience with ERP systems
• Advanced PC user - MS Office (MS Excel, Visio)
• Active knowledge of English language
• Positive “can do” attitude
• Result oriented and proactive
• Ability to communicate and create collaboration across departments
• Logical and analytical thinking
• Rigorous in implementation of systems and controls
• Strong focus on quality
• Proactive in problem solving and seeking solutions
