Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Being responsible for recording and tracking purchase orders on time
• Processing all documents related to the purchase (price offers, orders, order confirmation, returns, invoices) within the production of machines, services and prototypes
• Ensuring delivery of material on time while maintaining costs, parameters and production plan
• Monitoring and managing the accuracy of recorded data in the corporate information systems
• Handling customer complaints in compliance with the Quality Department standards
• Being responsible for updating KPIs
• Managing and supporting the team to achieve set goals, allocating work tasks to the team members
• Team Leading
