Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Leading, developing and coordinating activities within production, warehouse and Lean management
• Transferring Operations strategy into the plans for production, meeting / exceeding the quality expectations of the customers
• Continually monitoring and increasing overall production efficiency; being involved in continuous improvement processes
• Monitoring and coordinating production orders, capacity plans, internal resources and managing subcontractors
• Being responsible for daily supervision of all production employees including safety at the workplace and compliance with working instructions and procedures
• Registering nonconformities in order to assure fast problem solution
• Implementing, keeping and supporting system tools in the production process – Lean, KANBAN, 5S, TPM standards

• Min. 5 years´ experience in a similar, leadership production position
• Supply Chain experience
• Advanced PC user (MS Office)

• Flexibility and independence in task solving and decision making
• Managerial skills (decision making, planning, delegating, people development and motivation, inspection and support)
