Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Coordinating shops expansion processes in order to ensure fulfillment of company expansion strategy
• Managing expansion and existing shops portfolio
• Providing location research, evaluation, related data collection
• Coordinating lease / financial / legal conditions negotiations in relation to new or running contracts
• Ensuring compliance with approved budget and proposing suitable measures in case of deviations
• Preparing documents related to financial, location and legal approval processes
• Cooperating on creation of business profitability calculations
• Managing relationships with key suppliers and customers in order to ensure efficient and successful expansion of the company (developers, real estate agencies, shopping centers management)
• Implementing projects based on instructions of Shops Director
• Communicating with landlords

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Driving licence

Personality requirements and skills

• University / secondary school education
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail real-estate business (expansion, shopping center management, retail premises leasing)
• Knowledge of Czech and Slovak retail market and shopping centers
• Experience with operation of shopping centers
• Basic knowledge of construction processes
• Good knowledge of non-residential lease contracts and related laws
• Experience with communication and reporting to foreign headquarters
• Fluent knowledge of English language, with ability to negotiate and elaborate lease contracts in English
• Driving license B
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Orientation on results
• Precision and attention to detail
• Team player
