Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Developing and implementing HR strategy aligned with the overall company strategy
- Following and ensuring all activities according to the Labor code and health and safety regulations
- Participating on preparation of the company budget, reflecting the expected future growth
- Assuring the bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Managing the recruitment and selection process
- Supporting current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Assessing training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Coordinating communication policy all over the plant by taking into account internal social atmosphere
- Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Reporting to the management and providing decision support through HR metrics

- Proven working experience as HR Manager
- Experience in industrial plants
- In-depth knowledge of the Slovak labor law and the HR best practices
- Very good understanding of the area and the labor market
- Strong experience with recruitment and induction
- Highly skilled in the HR improvement tools
- English language knowledge on advanced level
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint - advanced
- Dynamic, communicative, autonomous and positive person
- Assertive and human personality
