Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Managing HR processes (KPIs and others), proposing/implementing improvement tools for better analysis and action plans
- Managing the recruitment and selection process
- Assessing training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Supporting current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation and preservation of people
- Following and ensuring all activities according to the Labor code, health and safety regulations
- Participating on preparation of the company budget, reflecting the expected future growth
- Assuring the bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Maintaining the pay plan and internal salary program
- Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Reporting to the management and providing decision support through HR metrics

University education (Master's degree)

- Proven working experience as HR Manager
- Experience in industrial environment
- In-depth knowledge of the Slovak labor law and the HR best practices
- Very good understanding of the area and the labor market
- Strong experience with recruitment and induction
- Good knowledge of the payroll and Slovak law
- Highly skilled in the HR improvement tools
- English language knowledge on advanced level
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint - advanced
- Driving license B
- Dynamic, communicative, autonomous and positive person
- Assertive and human personality
- Excellent active listening
- Negotiation skills
- Presentation skills
- Very good communication and organizational skills
