Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Managing all financial related aspects of the company
- Providing guidance, interpretation of data / figures to the company management
- Monitoring and forecasting the financial indicators
- Optimizing the cash flow and the working capital indicators
- Preparing forecasts, budget and middle term plans
- Proposing and implementing action plans in order to optimize financial performance
- Ensuring accurate processing, consolidation, analysis and validation of financial data
- Optimizing / implementing processes and systems
- Leading data processing for the local and statutory accounting and tax compliance
- Cooperating with the Project Leaders and with the Central Tax, Reporting, Accounting and Controlling teams
- Managing the company’s assets & liabilities
- Preparing OPEX and CAPEX
- Overseeing the treasury operations
- Being responsible for implementation of the local legal requirements
- Leading and developing the Finance and Accounting team
