Information about the selection process
The salary indicated is a tentative estimation and the final salary will be agreed after an interview, once we will find out more about your experience, skills and personality.
Arcondis is planning to setup its offices in Košice in Q4 2021 or Q12022 (also depending on the pandemic situation).
Until offices are setup, you can work fully remote from any place in Slovakia. Afterwards, you will be able to work partially from home as part of our benefits package.
The start date indicated for this position is the earliest possible one. It might shift to beginning of September 2021.

Experience with Design Systems and as a Application Engineer UX
Expert knowledge regarding UX (min. 3 years of experience)
Ideally experience in the life science, health or pharmaceutical industry
Practical knowledge of issues related to usability of systems & application
Very good practical knowledge of tools, best practices & user interfaces designing techniques
Ideally knowledge in usability tests - ability to prepare scenarios, candidates selection, carrying out interviews and remote tests, preparing end reports
Ability to support the team in scope of UCD process implementation in organization, creating standards & strategy for UX
Fluent in English
Open mindset to learning new things
Good communication skills, self-organized, reliable and precise
