Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Ensuring operation of the reception office;
- Keeping the guestbook, issuing entrance cards and everyday processing of their database;
- Showing in visitors and providing comprehensive information, giving advice to clients;
- Handing email and telephone communication;
- Processing of incoming and outgoing mail, keeping records of all consignments in special books;
- Administrative works associated with operation of the reception office;
Working time: from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
