DESCRIPTION
Amazon is seeking an experienced candidate for a role in Global Quality Control function for Finance Operations. Major goal of the function is to identify risks in finance processes, report performance of the operations from a quality perspective. Apart from that this role would do a root cause analysis of the identified defects and partner with business to improve the Quality of service.
Base pay for this position starts from EUR 1600 gross per month and salary depends on the skills and requirements. Company benefits apply subject to further terms, including annual membership in medical clinic, life insurance, retirement pension, meal voucher card.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Very good communication and analytical skills
. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or related field
· Experience in Quality Control OR Quality Assurance supporting operations, accounting, operations, Finance or Banking domain
· Experience in financial audits preferable.
· experience in Finance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Finance background or previous experience with finance is an advantage
