The Global Payroll Operational Excellence team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to drive process improvements, standardize our processes, eliminate defect root causes and positively impact our goals. An ideal candidate has a background in analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to dis-aggregate issues, identify root causes and recommend solutions. This job will require good communication and interpersonal skills while having the ability to work independently in a fast paced & dynamic environment and exercise sound judgment based on artifacts and data. The successful candidate will be proficient at identifying / solving or escalating data inconsistency challenges, possess a bias to get things done and deliver results while functioning as part of a team. An added expertise on Lean Six Sigma principles to drive process and system improvements will be an advantage. We are a fun loving and diverse team with members in several different countries. We support local & global projects, processes, systems, and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt projects for metrics improvement through DMAIC approach
· Represent Finance Payroll OE in local and global meetings/conference calls
· Act as a project manager for small and medium size projects by directing, supporting and coaching project(s) team members and stakeholders and reporting on the project progress and status
· Perform regular data analysis of key metrics, look for improvement opportunities, and gather feedback from stakeholders.
· Conduct or Partner in end-to-end Operational Excellence Workshops like FMEA or Automation Bootcamps etc.
· Prioritize implementation of improvement projects as per impact and criticality
· Support team in project documentation.
· Stakeholder management with senior leaders in Operations, HR, Legal, Vendors, Controllership, Compliance and technology teams.
· Prepare weekly/monthly updates and present to the leaders.

· Minimum 2+ years of experience in Lean Six Sigma project management techniques
· Proficient in obtaining, organizing, and analyzing data to make fact-based decisions and drive RCA
· Demonstrated Project Management experience, including managing a project portfolio, driving a timeline to completion, following-up, organizing multiple action plans within multiple stakeholders
· Proficient in English Language - verbal, written and listening
