Job description, responsibilities and duties
The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily oversight and processing of documentation delivered to the Bratislava accounting center. The documents processed all relate to the financial side of the business and include invoices, credit notes, statements etc. and were written in Turkish language.
The daily activities would include:
· Opening, sorting and scanning the Turkish documents into the repository (Laserfiche) in a timely and quality manner
· Oversight of the paper archiving process - Storage management (TUR perspective) – there is a need to store financial documents for future use (i.e. Audit requirements)
· Production and circulation of Turkish daily metrics for the management team showing the current volumes of incoming, scanned and re-scanned documents
· Inquiry Resolution – resolution of internal queries regarding documents received, scanned or stored
· Deliver improvements to Turkish document management process
