Job description, responsibilities and duties
Our Financial Operations team is now looking for an experienced, innovative, detail oriented and flexible Team Leader to manage and develop a team of circa 4-7 Finance Analysts. We expect from the candidate to have at least 2+ years of people management experience.
The main responsibilities will be:
- Leading and developing a team of analysts, including hiring, training, and employee development;
- managing group workload and establishing priorities; ensuring existing policies and procedures are followed;
- managing annual performance targets and operating budget; creating and monitoring appropriate performance metrics.
- acting as an escalation point in resolving complex outstanding issues with internal and external business partners.
- Working with Amazon vendors to drive new processing methods
- Standardizing processes to ensure capacity for our significant growth
- Continually looking for the ways to improve the vendor experience
- Working with the commercial side of the business to ensure we are serving our customers in the most effective manner

Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
University education (Bachelor's degree)
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2) or French - Upper intermediate (B2) or Spanish - Upper intermediate (B2) or Italian - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
- Fluent English and good level of French/Spanish/ Italian
- 2+ year experience with people management from an international company/ shared services centre
- Experience in communication with customers/vendors (min. 3 years)
- Drive for continuous learning and self-development
- Strong work ethic, with a high customer service ethic
- Senior self-motivated and flexible working approach
- advanced level of Excel
