Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for Direct Fulfillment Onboarding Associates to work in a dynamic environment; your responsibilities will include helping high-potential vendors integrate onto Amazon’s Direct Fulfillment platform. You will manage integrations starting from early interactions with vendors to successful launch on the platform and work with vendors to determine the best integration approach. This is primarily a Supply Chain Operations / Transportation role but additionally you will interface with other internal technical and business teams, and contribute to new platform feature developments and improvements. Meeting current organizational unit’s performance goals.

· Excellent business writing and speaking skills, and an ability to compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses.
· Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues correctly and clearly to both internal and external customers.
· Demonstrated track record of managing and troubleshooting technical and business integration projects
· Demonstrated ability to work independently and make complex investigation decisions with little to no guidance.
· Excellent problem solving and organization skills.
· Ability to retrieve data and perform complex analysis to reach data driven decisions on validity of vendor defects.
· Self-disciplined, diligent, proactive and detail oriented.
· Passionate commitment to Amazon's emergence as the world's most customer-centric company.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS (Preference is candidates with excellent written and speaking skills in English, speaking an additional language: Spanish or Italian

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Desired skill-sets include MS Office Application Excel and Internet Explorer / Mozilla Firefox·
· Desire to expand skills into new areas.
· This is not an entry level role; previous relevant experience in supporting customers / integrations is preferred
