As Account Manager - Last Mile Logistics (m/f/d) you will join the team responsible for supporting our Delivery Service Partners.

Your responsibilities will include:
· Manage relationships with logistics service providers at the site
· Acting as an interface between Amazon sites and the logistics service providers
· Coordinate logistics service provider manpower
· Develop action plans and sustainable solutions to ensure capacity, quality and performance
· Performing analyses and implementing projects
· Participate in the set-up of new sites with regard to the preparation of new logistics service providers
· Identification, qualification and onboarding of new service providers

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:
· Verwaltung der Beziehungen mit Logistikdienstleistern am Standort
· Agieren als Schnittstelle zwischen Amazon-Standorten und den Logistikdienstleistern
· Koordination von Arbeitskräften der Logistikdienstleister
· Erarbeiten von Aktionsplänen und nachhaltigen Lösungswegen zur Sicherstellung von Kapazität, Qualität und Performance
· Durchführen von Analysen und Umsetzen von Projekten
· Mitwirken beim Aufbau neuer Standorte hinsichtlich der Vorbereitung neuer Logistikdienstleister
· Identifikation, Qualifikation und Onboarding neuer Dienstleister

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications:
· Experience in account management or related service performance.
· Work experience in relevant areas (Ideally in the logistics industry)
· Excellent communication skills in English and German
· Confident and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, One Note).

Mindest-Qualifikationen:
· Erfahrung im Account Management und der damit verbundenen Service Performance
· Berufserfahrung in relevanten Bereichen (vorzugsweise in der Logistikbranche)
· Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (mündlich und schriftlich) in Englisch und Deutsch
· Sicher und kompetent im Umgang mit Microsoft Office-Anwendungen (Outlook, Excel, Word, One Note)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred qualifications:
· Experience in a start-up environement
· Bachelor degree (or equivalent)
