Job description, responsibilities and duties
As the context of new vehicule projects, the paint preparer, participates in the
co-design of the painted white body and in particular the definition of
waterproofing and painting of new vehicules (from cataphoresis to varnish).
This, in order to be able to achieve the industrialization in paint shop in
accordance with the expected project and business targets.
Missions of Paint Preparer :
Represent the Painting Department during the project meetings.
Share with other preparers the technical vision of the job.
Apply transversally the Technical References on all projects.
Be accountable of a robust conception of his project.
Industrialize the project according to Planning/Quality/Investment objectives.
Participate in skills improvment of his UEC (Elementary Unit of Design) .
Manage the suppliers/providers and guarantee the quality of their deliverables.

Candidates with education suit the position
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills
French - Advanced (C1) or English - Advanced (C1)
Personality requirements and skills
Mastery of Catia CAD tools is essential, and knowledge of the PSA group’s design
tools would be a plus.
Real knowledge of painting.
Speaks and understands french fluently, possibly english.
Good knowledge of design and industrialization of body parts.
Natural leadership allowing participation to project meetings.
Organized, creative, technical rigor
BAC+3(Licence) in mechanical design or equivalent.
Minimum 6 years experience in a first equivalent position.
