Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Manager for four departments: Customer service, Purchasing, Planning and Inbound/Outbound
• Managing and coordinating all activities related to the network of suppliers, distributors, service providers and sub-contractors for source materials, components, supplies and services
• To be responsible for production planning, service level, stock level of all materials, managing internal material flow
• Working with procurement managers and buyers to select products that are in demand and will sell
• Find oportunities with present/new suppliers to reduce prices, batches, lead times and negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers
• Planning the best way to get goods from suppliers to distribution centres and retailers
• Responsible to improve KPI´s like
  • TO of Stock/Finished products
  • Delivery on time to Customer
  • Savings on material prices
  • Delivery on time from suppliers
  • Improved quality from suppliers
  • Increase of sales turnover
• Looking at ways to improve supply chain networks
• Preparing forecasts and inventories
• Recruiting, training and managing a team of supply chain staff
• Participating in brand and marketing planning strategy
• Close cooperation with central Supply Chain in Sweden

Personality requirements and skills

• Master/Bachelor degree in Engineering
• Working experiencies on similar position logistic/supply chain manager min. 3 years
• High experience/competence in production planing, production processes and procurement
• Proved track record of continously improvements
• Experience from an international company will be a bonus
• Able to communicate and deal effectively with people at all different levels both Slovak and English
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Very good ability to motivate and lead a team
• Problem-solving and maths skills, stress resistent
• Self driven
• Target oriented
