For our Bratislava Business Center we are currently seeking to recruit a

HR Generalist


This is a hands-on role that is responsible for HR administrative tasks for Bratislava Business Center. Bringing a strong customer service focus, the HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting employees with general HR inquiries, and managing transactions related to the complete life cycle of an employee. This role will identify opportunities to increase efficiency in service delivery by focusing on continuous improvement of HR processes.

Handle HR inquiries within SLA and escalate as necessary, managing to completion
Conduct HR transactions including: interviews, preparing competitive offers, exit meetings, etc.
Serve as the primary point of contact for guidance on HR policies, processes and self-service tools to employees and managers, escalating when necessary to internal COEs and external resources
Participate and assist with BBC events, well being activities.
Assist with departmental HR projects and initiatives as needed
Maintain employee documentation within Workday
Assist with personnel data requests
Define, develop, and maintain concise documentation for procedures and work processes
Perform root-cause analysis using data, identify performance gaps and suggest process improvements that can streamline and improve customer service

Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field is preferred
Minimum 2 years HR experience is preferred
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
Microsoft Office skills
Experience using HR systems (Workday)
Knowledge of labor code
Sense of urgency and drive to complete tasks
Approachable and customer focused
Ability to work independently and keep workload organized
