To support our locations in Eastern / Central Europe we are currently seeking to recruit a
Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager
Job Profile / Who are we looking for:
Person who…
Is able to act as Production Manager during new plant launches
Understands and drives Production planning
Is highly familiar with Quality Systems
Has very good knowledge of overall Cut & Sew processes
Cooperates with HR department on Hiring and Training planning and execution before and during launches
Is fully independent and self-driven with strong organization skills and discipline
Willingness to learn and to travel (up to 50% of the working time)
Skills and who can apply:
Fluent English, French language is an advantage (but not necessary)
Strong ability to lead and navigate people at different levels in production
Cross-cultural awareness (person will work in different countries with various cultures)
Position is most suitable for current Production, Manufacturing Engineering, or Launch Managers
Position is also suitable as a next career step for Engineers, or Senior Engineers (we will work with you on setting up your development and career plan)
This position can also be based in any of our locations within Eastern / Central Europe. Please stipulate in your application which location is your preferred working location.
