Accountant - AP Reconciliation
Job description, responsibilities and duties:
• Overall responsibility for handling Account Payable (AP) related issues, including:
• Reconciling statements of top Adient suppliers, providing the most recent status
• Developing professional trustful relationship with assigned suppliers
• Handling escalated issues – analysis of root cause, resolution on time
• Other specific responsibilities such as insolvent and distressed supplier process, allowance process
• Monthly reconciliation of accounts and related support for internal and external auditors
• Resolutions of aged payable liabilities on accrual account
Requirements and skills:
• University degree/Secondary with school-leaving examination in finance area
• English - Upper intermediate (B2), fluent (spoken and written)
• Other language as an advantage
• Finance and Business qualification and good accounting knowledge
• Minimum 1-2 years previous accounting experience, preferably in an AP role
• Advanced PC skills including knowledge of MS Excel

• Base gross monthly salary starting from 1300 EUR, but can be reconsidered depending on relevant experience
