Receptionist

For our Bratislava Business Centre we are currently seeking to recruit a

Receptionist


Job responsibilities:

• Greet all guests and visitors - notify hosts of guests arrival, ensure every employee has a badge and do not move in the building without it
• Manage visitor temporary access card issue, keeping the list of cards (not) returned,
• Mail matters and shipment administration, tracking and distributing in mail room,
• Monitoring, reporting and communication of emergency, security and facility issues,
• Booking of taxi or hotel services for Adient employees and visitors and providing local information (as required)
• Provide refreshment services for meetings,
• Booking visitor parking spots, providing entrance to Adient garage through intercom
• providing information to the employees about fm-helpdesk, it helpdesk services, processes about special access requests, etc.
• Ensuring the kitchen and first aid supplementation,
• Ad hoc issues related to reception services.

• Base gross monthly salary starting from 950 EUR, but can be reconsidered depending on relevant experience

Job requirements:

• English written and spoken on level B2
• Good customer service skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Organizational skills with attention to detail
• Previous experience using Word and Excel applications
• Positive attitude and professional approach
• Good time management
• Flexibility and problem-solving attitude
