JOB DESCRIPTION
For our Business Center in Bratislava (Slovakia) we are currently seeking to recruit an IT Asset Analyst.
Job Description:
· Ordering of workstations for employees in multiple countries based on targeted date
· Preparing and communicating refreshing of IT equipment with end user
· Analyze invoiced hardware in Adient CMDB
· Communication with multiple countries
· Cooperation with BU IT related to asset lifecycle process
· Supporting multiple ordering of workstations during new plant launch
· Monitoring HW return procedure, working on improvements not only in this area
· Providing necessary information about the status of ordered PCs
Requirements:
· Ability of work and communicate effectively with business personnel at all levels as well as with outside vendors and contractors – communication language is ENGLISH
· Advanced MS Excel
· Previous experience with database maintenance is the advantage
· Positive customer service and team attitude (helping others when required)
· Enthusiastic, cooperative and positive behavior
