For our Bratislava Business Center we are currently seeking to recruit a
IT Deskside Support Engineer
This role consists of following duties:
2nd level support for end users within the organization's desktop computing environment
Installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment (including but not limited to PC, printers and scanners) to ensure optimal workstation performance
* Troubleshooting problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via remote access) in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user assistance where required.

Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
Secondary with school-leaving examination
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
To be successful in this role you should have following profile:
* Very good technical knowledge of PCs hardware
* English language on communicative level, Slovak language is needed too
* Working technical knowledge of current protocols, operating systems and standards
* Ability to operate tools, components and peripheral accessories.
* Software and Hardware Troubleshooting
* TCP/IP
* Respond and resolve tickets in a timely manner
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
* Implement IT policies, procedures, and system controls
* Experience working within enterprise ticket systems
* Smartphones and Tablets with iOS, Android and Windows
