For our Trencin Technological Center we are searching you from now on as
Process Engineer for Automotive Plastic Parts as well as aircraft interior parts for the future
Your responsibilities:
Analyze part design made for thermoplastic and thermosetting plastics processes (Injection Molding, RTM, Compression Molding) to ensure the manufacturing feasibility with existing processes
Further development of new production strategies with composite parts (Glass- and Carbon Fibers) for automotive and aircraft
Support development of common parts portfolio and innovative concepts according customer and Adient specification
Analyze and eliminate injection molding, RTM and compression molding issues at the supplier
Support internal and external customers on production trials
Material definition for plastic parts in automotive and aircraft and further development and implementation of our global material strategy
Feeding material and tooling information to SMTEs and development engineers
Best Business Practice sharing of process know how globally

Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
Secondary with school-leaving examination
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
* Technical education (preferably in Plastics / Composites)
* Several years’ technical experience (preferably in automotive and aircraft product)
* Experience with process development, preferred Thermoplastics, RTM, Compression Molding technology
* Excellent communication skills with national and international partner
* Good knowledge of the English language, further languages are an advantage
* Willingness to travel regionally and globally
