For our Bratislava Business Center we are currently seeking to recruit a
Transfer Pricing Analyst
for our Finance-pricing department.
Your responsibilities:
Prepares transfer pricing documentation and analysis required to support inter-company transactions in a manner consistent with regulatory standards including OECD and BEPS initiatives.
Analyses financial information in US and local GAAP, reviews financial statements and reconciles these and other disclosures in the preparation of the transfer pricing documentation.
Maintains excellent relationships with business finance personnel in order to support transfer pricing matters and respond to queries.
Contributes towards the successful completion of corporate income tax audits that include transfer pricing issues.
* Contributes towards other transfer pricing analysis and processes.

Personality requirements and skills
* Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or equivalent education and experience.
* Experience in financial reporting, financial analysis and cost analysis is essential
* Excellent oral and written communication, in English, is essential.
* Minimum of 2 years of finance/accounting experience focus on compliance and data management in accountancy practice or similar.
* Progress in professional certifications such as ACCA, ACA, CPA, CIMA, and CIA, or similar international certifications, are desirable.
* IFRS, other international GAAP and local GAAP knowledge an advantage
* ERP systems knowledge (e.g. SAP R/3 and Oracle) an advantage
* Consolidation system knowledge (Enterprise/HFM) an advantage
* Excellent organizational and planning skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint).
* Transfer pricing experience is not required.
