For one of our clients we are looking for a driven person to become first line support for internal employees in all HR queries.

Job description:

- responsible for answering the phone calls/emails addressed to ERC (HR basic questions)
- receive HR queries in English and Dutch via phone, email or other communication channels
- resolve HR queries by referring to documentation such as frequently asked questions and standard operating procedures

Requirements:

- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or relevant working experience
- Computer literacy (Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook)
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in international teams where team members are in different locations and belong to different cultures
