Dyson Customer Service Specialist, with following tasks:
- active listening, understanding the problems and needs and providing quick solutions
- promoting the brand and ensuring the best customer experience
- understaning the products, promoting the newest technologies and updates and engaging in conversation about the latest news with customers
- data entry and other admin tasks

Information about the selection process
- 20 hours/week in shifts during the operations time of the contact center:
afternoon shifts: 15:00-19:00, 16:00-20:00, weekends upon agreement between 08:00-20:00
- extra payment for weekend shifts according to labour law
- induction training takes 2,5 weeks, during weekdays (Monday-Friday only), 09:00 - 18:00 - you need to attend the whole training
- address: myhive, Vajnorská, Bratislava (Nové Mesto)
