Job description, responsibilities and duties

Our client - is an outsourcing company with HQ in Great Britain.
They offer best quality service in Tele-sales, Marketing and Customer Service for top brands worldwide producer and seller of electrical appliances for households and commercial buildings.

IMPORTANT NOTE: the job is based in Bratislava, with possibility of home office, after agreement with the Team Manager

The team in Slovakia will be working as Customer Support team with these responsibilities and tasks:

- Handling inbound calls, e-mails, chat messages coming from existing and potential customers
- Serving as the first contact point for customers, promoting the brand and ensuring the best customer experience
- Helping customers with their enquieries from areas: troubleshooting issues with their Machines, Machine Registration, Ordering Spares, Exchanges and Refunds and all other Customer Service related issues
- Understaning the products, promoting the newest technologies and updates and engaging in conversation about the latest news with customers
- Entering all relevant data coming from the customer to various internal systems, reporting

Information about the selection process

Work in rotating shifts, Monday-Sunday (with maximum of 2 weekends per month):
8:00 - 17:00
9:00 - 18:00
11:00 - 20:00

You work according to your shift plan, given by your Team Leader 4 weeks upfront.
