Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for Business Account Representative with fluent German to join a new team supporting EU Sales Customer Advisors in our client's company, an international e-commerce company.
Your duties also include:
- executing daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- driving customer satisfaction
- partnering with EU Sales team and Product Management teams to provide customer perspective as well as customer-driven product improvement ideas
- taking ownership in the continued build-out and documentation of the infrastructure and processes of acquiring and onboarding company's business customers
Your duties also include:
