Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for an automotive enthusiast for the position of Technical Specialist for our client.
If you speak Polish and English and you can determine the type of vehicle, transmission, fuel and the equivalent of a competing brand just from the model brand, then we are looking for YOU!
The scope of work also includes:
- communication with drivers and fleet managers of clients
- communication with suppliers in order to provide technical services
- responsibility for insurance and accident administration for Poland and Slovakia
- communication with an external assistance service provider
- communication with the car repair service, authorization of service operations, calculations of repair & tire service costs, scheduling regular service inspections and seasonal tire changing
- control of payments from insurance companies
- technical advice and assistance to clients
- cooperation with colleagues from other departments
