We are looking for a new junior colleague for our internal finance department.
If you would like to start up your career in accounting and use your existing knowledge from school in practice, let us know about you.
Main responsibilities:
• Processing and booking of AP invoices
• Processing of expense reports
• Processing of AR invoices
• Bank statements processing and booking
• Preparation of payments
• Processing and booking of manual journal entries
• Preparation of Reconciliations for Balance Sheet accounts
• Cooperation with payroll department
• Communication with vendors and customers
• Provides support for branches
• Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly closuring deadlines
• Meet local billing regulations as well as global standards
