Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are searching for a service assistance associate with English and German with a starting salary of 1300€ + bonuses.
At this position you will be the main point of contact for the company’s customers, in this case, people having their cars leased via the operational leasing plan of the company.
You will be helping the customers with various questions regarding their cars like service orders, new tires, new car orders, accidents, issuing and prolongation of the fuel cards or just a regular car related questions.
