Job description, responsibilities and duties
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the finance team as a Time and Attendance Admin responsible for timesheets and payroll reporting and support employees on queries on time and attendance processes.
Do you wish to become a part of dynamic automotive environment? Are you partially experienced in the field of finance and HR? Are you communicative English speaker who does not have any problem to handle huge amount of data and who is passionate Excel user?
If so your daily tasks might be the following:
• Review of employee timecards ensuring completeness of the data, resolution of all exceptions and adherence to internal deadlines.
• Support users with day to day queries on the timesheet and attendance processes
• Support monthly payroll process with recording of changes to employee payroll data to payroll system
• Review of employee files for completeness of data and follow up on any missing documents
• Support HR Direct with timely resolution of employee queries
• Communication with external parties related to payroll reporting (employee garnishments, court orders, reporting of sick leave, etc.)
