Job Purpose:
The IT Service Manager for Taleo is responsible for the application management of Taleo globally across the full life cycle following Service Management Standards (ITIL). The IT Service Manager needs to ensure that the Taleo application satisfies customer requirements, is compliant with all relevant Adecco processes, is managed through its full lifecycle based on customer and operational needs. The role requires strong customer communication skills, advanced knowledge of IT Service Management, strong vendor service management skills, people management experience and project management know-how.
Main Accountabilities/Measured On:
• Develop a sound understanding of the application (technical and functional) and business environment / key stakeholders around the application usage.
• Set up and manage support team within Adecco IT Operating Model to ensure that application meets business requirements and provide good performance, stability, availability and support for the application
• Work closely with business community in order to understand, define and implement application enhancements to better serve business needs following a demand management process with regular prioritization sessions.
• Ensure application is kept in compliant state with latest Adecco requirements, including but not limited to Compliance, IT Security and Data Privacy. Application must be kept in a state of audit readiness, and any compliance gaps remediated
• Manage release cycles to periodically implement new application enhancements.
• Use communication skills effectively to share information with business community, negotiate data delivery schedules and coordinate across other teams as needed.
• Maintain contact with key customer groups / stakeholders to understand customer feedback / pain points and areas of improvements
• Manage efficiently operational aspects related to Financial Tracking, Issue Management, Risk Tracking, Service Reviews following ITIL practises
• Good understanding of technology to facilitate architecture discussions, trouble shooting and management of support teams.
• Support key projects to ensure that future application (either upgrades or replacements) are fit for purpose from a support and operational perspective
• Liaison with technology / product vendors related to the application. Understand their roadmaps and impact on application.
• Understanding of the external technical landscape in context to application.
• Single point of contact for all areas related to the application.

• Functional architecture meets business & IT requirements for growth, performance, flexibility and scalability
• Application managed in line with Adecco IT Operating Model requirements
• Deliver on agreed KPI’s, including budget management
• Collaboration with other IT teams and Business
• Implement continuous improvement & efficiency initiatives with positive and measurable budget or service or compliance impact
• Achieved targets in value contribution and customer satisfaction in line with agreed time, quality and budget
• Timely and accurate maintenance of application related data in standard Adecco IT tools
• Enhancements delivered in time, in scope, on budget, on quality and with high user satisfaction
• Advises and “safeguards” standardized processes across Adecco regions

o ITIL Certification / experience of working in an ITIL environment is an advantage
o Experience in managing external service providers in different locations and time zones
o Good knowledge of software development methodologies using Agile, Scrum and Waterfall
o PMI / Prince2 (or similar industry standard project management qualification desirable)
o Good communication skills.
