Job description, responsibilities and duties
We have an exciting opportunity to work for a new automotive company Jaguar Land Rover in the Nitra. We are hiring for the positions of Process Engineer - Topcoat.
- Support development and maintenance of Control Plans and associated paperwork within process area in Topcoat (Primer, Spray Booth, Contrast Roof , Limestone, WAX application)
- Support development, successful implementation and ongoing compliance / improvement of MQOS (Manufacturing Quality Operating Standard)
- Review and concurrence of QPS (Quality process sheet) and WES (work element sheet) on a calendarised basis
- Responsible for all Process Documentation
- Provide technical and process support to manufacturing
- Implement and maintain key process measurements to support improvement projects
- Support line trials and permanent process changes
- Liaise with suppliers for material improvements in terms of quality
- Interact closely with Paint Application team
- Incoming quality improvements
- Support Quality and Environmental Leader with vehicle specific quality issues
- Drive Process, Facility and Quality improvement initiatives and projects.
- Management all chemical product within area including all documents needed (MSDS, etc…)
- Support for internal and external plant audit and assessment as required
