Mercure Bratislava Centrum Hotel**** is looking to recruit a Front Desk Agent/Receptionist (full-timer) to join our friendly team.
The successful candidate will be well organised, have a strong customer focus, as well as be able to lend a listening ear. As a part of a small reception team, communication and willingness to help others are crucial. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a region with high recreational value and good quality of social life in a supportive team and in an international hotel while enjoying a workplace.

We are looking for motivated, hard-working Colleague, who will be responsible for:
*the check-in and check-out, billing and managing the daily Front Office duties
*providing quality service to the guests, promoting hotel facilities
*ensuring our guests will receive a warm welcome and assistance as requested

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

Full-time: From 900 EUR/gross + surcharges for weekends/bank holidays/night shifts
