Experienced Scrum Master with German (permanent home office possible)

• Responsibility to establish SCRUM practices and rules in SW development projects
• Close communication and cooperation with project team and stakeholders to ensure agile methodologies in project delivery are followed
• Educate team members and also other stakeholders in SCRUM process if necessary
• Ensure the SCRUM team is fully functional, productive and improving its quality
• Shield the SCRUM team from distractions and help remove impediments

• Experience with agile methodologies in Project Management, especially as a SCRUM Master
• Understanding of SW development specifics on agile projects
• Advanced English and German
• Willingness in active travelling and stay on-site if necessary (after Corona situation)

Salary
2 400 - 3 700 EUR/monthAccenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay starting from 2 400 € to 3 700 € depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
