HR People Advisor Analyst (part-time)

The People Advisor Analyst supports general human resources activities, specifically in the area of performance management, career development and compensation. People Advisor supports the management team and enhances communication with employees in all relevant people matters, identifies and proposes HR solutions closely aligned to the business needs.
Develops and executes HR strategies, programs and services across one or more parts of the employee life cycle to attract, develop and retain a highly engaged and differentiated workforce that enables the execution of human capital and business strategies.

We are looking for candidate who would like to work 6 hours a day.

Limited 1 year contract.

Leave Management
• Support leave management (leave and return for LOA).
Exit Management
• Receive and review leaving request, discuss and agree next steps of leaving, initiate actions for exit management, conduct and confirm exit interview, follow up on assets retrieval after employees leave.
Employee Relations (Inquiry Mgmt)
• Handle and address employee relations queries or concerns and as necessary, escalate and coordinate.
• Induction training responsibility and connected programs ownership for relevant integration
• Newjoiners interview management and follow up topics responsibility
Employee Data:
• Ensure accuracy of employee record data (for the data the PA manages and maintains) for supported employee population through defined channels including:

• Directing supported employees to use self-service channels
• Initiate low volume data updates to maintain employee record data via defined channels
• Work with local HR Operations teams to log Mass Upload requests for high volumes of employee data changes

Reporting:
• Provide additional insight/information on a specific matter (e.g. attrition, recognition programs, headcount, etc.) by using existing standard reports, requesting ad hoc data pulls to shared services

• University degree
• Advanced level of English language
• Requires a minimum of 1 year of strong experience in one of the HR areas or client oriented type of work
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Good knowledge of employment laws
• Good knowledge of Microsoft applications(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Understanding of data privacy and confidentiality
• Good understanding of the Accenture’s business objectives
and organizational structure is an advantage

Salary
1 012 EUR/monthAccenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay starting from 1 012€ (part time - 30 hours) depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
