Receptionist and project assistant for FEI campus (position for students)

As a Receptionist you will be responsible for administrative functions of the reception desk in Accenture office You will be the first point of contact towards external and internal clients.
In Campus Space on Faculty of Electrical Engineering you will provide a variety of office services including, but not limited to: stationary and refreshment orders, assistance with meeting organization, facility management and space security activities.

• Handle incoming/outgoing calls and mail
• Direct customer inquiries to the appropriate resource
• Provide general information regarding restaurants, directions, taxi service, etc.
• Process workspace and conference space requests
• Manage catering and equipment when needed
• Perform administrative duties
• Handle with and manage company Library according to local guidelines
• Ensure Security and Health & Safety procedure is being adhered to
• Handle all received maintenance
• Perform floor walks, monitor equipment functionality (AC, kitchen), furniture and fittings, provided services on a regular basis
• Cooperate with contracted suppliers (cleaning service, plants maintenance etc.)

• English language - Upper - intermediate (B2)
• Good customer service skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Previous experience using a computer, knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook applications.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.

Salary
Accenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we state, that the legal hourly minimum gross base pay starting from 4,50 € depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
