POSITION
DESCRIPTION
As a Finance assistant you will provide support for controllership and for reception as well. You will be responsible for variety of administrative functions and front office services on daily basis. We are looking for the person who enjoys the daily contact and communication with people, who is responsible and ready to adapt in international environment.
WHAT WILL
YOU DO
• Accounts payable agenda (stamp received invoices and send them once a week to Prague)
• Sending of myTE documents to Prague employees
• Forwarding received documents to colleagues
• Assistance with audit
• Downloading of invoices from SAP Ariba
• Matching received invoices to headers in SAP and then place them in files
• Archiving of bank statements and documents received from Prague
• Sending issued invoices to clients
• Scanning of documents
• Transposition of an agreement on the use of a private vehicle on business trips
• Acceptance of mail at the reception, sorting, registration and equipment of necessary correspondence

• Good customer service skills
• Basic organizational skills with attention to detail
• Previous experience with Office package
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Secondary school, Bachelor degree
• Work Experience: some customer service experience preferred

Accenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we state, that the legal hourly minimum gross base pay starting from 4,50€ depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
