Project Assistant (position for students)

We are looking for Project Assistant for our Accenture Campus Lab in Mlynska dolina in Bratislava. We are looking for Student, who is available to work cca 20 hrs /week.

Project Assistant provides a variety of office services including, but not limited to: stationary and refreshment orders, assistance with meeting organization, facility management and space security activities.

Perform administrative duties:
• Regular office supplies through internal Ariba system and meet internal ordering policy
• Process workspace and conference space requests and support meeting/event organization onsite
• Manage catering and equipment when needed

Ensure Security and Health & Safety procedure is being adhered to:
•When people are entering the campus office premises for the first time
•While supporting the Security Coordinator with providing access to employees and visitors
•By performing regular space checks and report any issues to the Security & Quality Lead

Facility Management:
• Handle all received maintenance requests
• Perform floor walks, monitor equipment functionality (AC, kitchen), furniture and fittings, provided services on a regular basis
• Cooperate with contracted suppliers (cleaning service, plants maintenance etc.)

•Previous experience using a computer, knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook applications
•Positive attitude and professional appearance

Salary
Gross base pay 4,5 € per hour
