WHAT WILL
YOU DO

As Talent Demand Supply Analyst, you’ll be part of HR Scheduling team which main responsibility is proactively address the needs of the customer, match supply to the demand by determining sourcing channels to fulfill open positions with respect to cost & availability of resources.
In this role, you will cover following activities:
• Build and maintain relationships with Client team through regular meetings, ad-hoc discussion, regular e-mails to collaborate the client demand and understands the project needs and priorities for roles
• Support Client team in defining, identifying and evaluating candidates for open resource requests and filling resource requirements
• Determines sourcing channels to fulfill demand and Access “alternate pools” as necessary
• Work with Resource Pool Specialists, Recruitment, Procurement, Delivery Center, Global Career Program Leads etc. to provide a fully coordinated sourcing plan
• Manage roll off date/confirm extension in current roles
• Represent and/or support individual people in the scheduling process where needed
• Determine staffing principles that apply to individual
• Confirm schedule/Gather feedback recent experience/Collect preferences
• Manage and track people productivity metrics such as chargeability, bench, average time to fill demands for their respective resource pool
• Review metrics and reporting related to the resource pipeline, client response time, average age of demand, overdue demand
• Meet challenging/key timelines

In addition to the above-mentioned responsibilities – Talent Demand Supply Analyst aligned to the Code of Ethics will work to define standard processes, best practices, tools, training, and technology requirements to better enable the activities outlined above.
