WHAT WILL
YOU DO

• Design, Build and Implement Total rewards processes, policies, programs in alignment with Business and HR strategy
• Help develop and apply global guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies
• Ensure rewards practices are in line with current legislation, company objectives and culture
• Execute market intelligence activities including participation in salary surveys and analysis of the position to market
• Create annual total rewards plans for respective business entities in accordance with business needs and affordability
• Coordinate all compensation administration activities (budgets and guidelines for promotions, base salary adjustment and variable pay awards, training of participating stakeholders, communication to employees, ensure correct systems and contract updates)
• Ensure timely and correct rewards inputs for controlling, financial planning and accounting
• Flexible interventions in case of retention or hiring issues connected with total rewards
• Process operational transactions for the total rewards function
• Ensure consistency in all systems, regular reporting and internal controls
• Continuous enhancements to total rewards systems, tools and processes
• Smooth cooperation with other functions, GU contacts, total rewards CoE, other internal and external partners, keep lively network of contacts
• Serve as subject matter expert, applying comprehensive knowledge of total rewards processes and associated tools and maintain expert knowledge by researching best practices, monitoring legal updates, emerging trends, benchmark comparisons

WHAT WE
EXPECT

• 4+ years of compensation experience preferred
• Fluent in English langauge
• University degree
• Good knowledge of employment laws and legislation
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook)
• Advanced knowledge of English language
• Strong analytical skills, ability to solve problems independently and make recommendations
• Attention to detail
• Flexibility
• Good communication, teaming and interpersonal skills – able to cooperate with all levels/team members
Candidate’s nice-to-have skills (or candidate must acquire on the job):
• Good understanding of Accenture’s business objectives and organizational structure
• Good understanding of Accenture’s policies, processes and procedures
• Understanding of Accenture financial concepts, practices and administration
• Understanding of the external marketplace/trends
