Job description, responsibilities and duties

Process incoming orders from assigned customers according to the order process definitions to assure deliveries, invoicing and resolution of requests according to agreed SLAs/KPIs. Be the first point of contact for order taking related matters. Enhance relationships with customers to improve customer satisfaction. Improve correct order placement processes with customers.


Your Main Duties

Process all incoming orders from customers received by EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), e-Commerce (webshop) or email according to ABI procedures. Verify completeness and correctness of order: quantity, lead time, availability of product, credit limit check and delivery dates; verify if specific logistic rules, transport costs or sales discounts are applied to the customer. Prepare reports for calls with Zones.
Process all incoming requests from customers (Salesforce ticketing tool) in timely manner, follow up with respective departments Maintain steady relationship with stakeholders
Perform team routines and check points and keep the process documentation up to date
SLA, KPI and Excellence Program dashboard tracking support
Perform other duties as requested by the Team Leader
Develop relationship with customers, work on improving ordering processes with customers, increase electronic ordering compliance, communicate business announcements and procedure changes to customers

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Spanish - Upper intermediate (B2)

Logistics understanding, especially in regards to sense of urgency and prioritization
Interpersonal skills / Assertiveness & Communication / Team player
Detail oriented / Accurate / Highly results focused
Good analytical and problem solving skills

Your work Experience

Order taking processes; Logistics experience in an ideally FMCG company is a plus

Your Language Skills

Fluency in English and Spanish - written and spoken

YOUR EDUCATION LEVEL / TECHNICAL SKILLS

Education level: Graduate degree or min. 1-2 years of work experience in relevant field
Technical skills: Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point) / SAP (optional)/ System minded
