Job description, responsibilities and duties
Purpose of the Job
Manage set-up/modification of Global Export master data including countries with financial system(s)
Accountabilities
Maintaining country financial master data databases
Accuracy of the master data set-up in accordance to agreed service level agreements (SLA)
Ensuring that all data are uploaded/created/modified within the time limit agreed with the business and SLA
Quality checking of the master data set-up to ensure infractions are corrected prior to impact to the business operations or customer relationship
Correct controls in place to minimize impacts to the business operations (delegation of authority followed, segregation of duties…)
Identifying issues/mistakes within the master data set-up and providing timely solutions back to the country business unit
Providing solutions to requests submitted to the BSC relating to Master Data
Ability to support other team members in operational issues (e.g.: Salesforce tickets)
SLA/KPI's associated with role.
Acting as a main point of contact for business, G-ERP or BEC team, propose process improvements
Maintenance of role training documentation (L5). Reviewing and recommending any enhancements for improving the current work flow for increasing operational efficiency.
