Job description, responsibilities and duties
3070, project driven company, is looking for the pro-active, open-minded, very well communicating person for the position Finance/Project Controller.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the coordination, administration, tracking, and financial management of projects and project deliverables
- Oversees all aspects of projects within the Operations and Projects teams
- The candidate will work under the direction of CFO on multiple large, medium, and small projects, and perform traditional project Controller duties as well as other administrative tasks required to ensure deliverables are adequately prepared, and project financials and schedule are properly maintained
- Assist the Project Managers with emerging tasks as required to ensure project success and compliance
- ERP set up based on project needs

University education (Master's degree)
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years’ experience tracking and updating project schedules and deliverables across a project portfolio -
- experience with scheduling and resource management tools
- the accounting and financial reporting knowledge/degree is needed.
- have experience utilising software development methodologies
- Jeeves experience is the advantage but not a must
- experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- excellent skills and experience with MS Excel for project planning and controlling
- excellent skills and experience reporting on and controlling project
