What you will work on:  

You will be 2nd level application support contact for our internal clients and also customers. Your job will be not only solve incidents, but also propose new ideas how to prevent their arising again. You will communicate with many customers daily, provide feedbacks and reports to management and collaborate within the team in Bratislava but also abroad. You can propose new improvements, your ideas will be very welcomed.
