Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are seeking a Junior Technical Expert (Business Intelligence) to join our Data Delivery organization within Group Operations and Technology. In this role, you will be responsible for:
• leading a specific application portfolio according to Service Level Agreements by providing support and executing tasks during the monthly rollover
• independently collating and analysing data using pre-determined tools, methods and formats and make recommendations in order to support the decision making processing
• creating solution descriptions and provide estimates for Change Requests
• reporting overall application service performance to the Service Manager proactively taking action to address issues and gaps with the business.
• acting as Microstrategy technical expert and specialist for other team members
