Our opportunity
 

We are looking to an enthusiastic individual to join our team! You would be responsible for providing business process analysis and technical development on EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) and BI (Business Intelligence) systems and tools.

 
Your role
  
As a Technical Business Consultant your main responsibilities will involve:
* Promoting, leveraging and integration of PPM (Planning & Performance Management) and FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) systems and platforms across the Group
* Supporting the development in financial systems based on agreed and defined business requirement specifications
* Supporting responsible business analysts and business stakeholders in formulating business requirements for respective implementations 

Your Skills and Experience
 
As a Technical Business Consultant your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
* Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Business Administration,  IT, Mathematics or  similar
* Strong skills and experience working with a multi-dimensional financial modeling tool such as SAP BPC, IBM Cognos Planning or TM1, Hyperion, Tagetik, Anaplan, Tidemark etc.
* Experience with MS Office applications: in particular Excel (VBA Macros) is essential, Word and PowerPoint desired
* Programming skills (any kind) would be beneficial
* Experience with working in agile project teams, any kind of project certification desired
* Experience in working closely with IT development Teams
* Ability to foster change, displaying both persistence and resilience
* High level relationship building skills
* Problem-solving, decision-making and judgment skills
* Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills
* Fluent English language skills 

Additional Information
 
Primary work location is Bratislava. Travel will be required from time to time (up to 10%) to fulfil the duties of the role.
