- we are looking for the new joiners:
PURPOSE
Under limited supervision, assists in the planning, creation, editing, and implementation of branch-specific communication strategies, products and programs for both internal and external audiences;

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Creates internal and external communications
• Ensure consistency and co-ordination of communication messages according to Group Communication & Marketing Strategy & Framework.
• Produce communication materials in accordance with current employer brand guidelines and the organization’s style guide.
• Manages short term communication projects and assists with the management of longer term communications projects. Participates in special projects as assigned

Employee Communication:
• Produces marketing communications copy for web content, Intranet and other internal communications, etc., ensuring all messages follow compliance with corporate identity and brand consistency.
• Works with business partners, as needed, for deliverable creation and develops a good working knowledge of Business Unit/Shared Services Unit products and services.
• Produces employee and business partner customer communication materials.
• Ensures compliance with corporate identity and brand consistency.
• Updates intranet and internet web sites and monitors them for accuracy of information.
• Provides status updates to communication manager and business partners.

Media Relations:
• Support media relations programs for business areas in collaboration with the key business stakeholders.
• Work with media teams on projects and creating literature and other forms of communication.
• Support media issues and crisis’ through effective news management, and develop and implement crisis management procedures.

Additional Job Functions

• Assists with coordinator of company events, as needed.

• Deliver communication and consultancy support in line with the organization´s strategic priorities to ensure that audiences receive the support they need to achieve the organization´s business objectives.
• Produce timely, high quality and cost-effective key deliverables to support the communications process in accordance with current brand guidelines and Zurich style guide.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

o 1-2 year + work experience in Administration and communication
o Comprehensive knowledge of PC software packages (MS Office)
o General knowledge of administrative/ communication principles and procedures
o Fluent English (spoken and written)
o Good organization, planning, management of diaries, and prioritization skills
o Ability to communicate effectively with staff/customers/managers at all levels
o Building relationships
